Show Notes

God’s Faithfulness Through a Life-Threatening Eating Disorder…

Sarah Laughren joins us on this episode and shares her story of struggle with body image.

Many women can relate to struggling with body image. In a world filled with unrealistic expectations of beauty, and perhaps we have our own unrealistic standards of beauty, it’s important to hold tight to what God says about us.

What God says is the whole truth, and he says we are fearfully and wonderfully made.

We hope you enjoy this episode, and as you listen, consider these things:

1.     Where does your identity lie—in who Christ says you are or who the world thinks you are?

2.     What are you feeling about God right now? And is it time to go back to His Word and trust what is true over what we’re feeling?

3.     Give thought to your own story. Is God asking you to share your story with someone, and if so, who might that be?

And as always, we'd love if you'd share this episode with your friends and/or leave us a review. Thank you!
